Welcome to Reiiads. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website
(the "Site") and the services we provide, including our Google Ads marketing services for real estate investors (the "Services"). By using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
By accessing our Site or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. By using our Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
REII Ads provides Google Ads marketing services to real estate investors, including but not limited to campaign management, ad creation, and optimization (the “Services”). The specific details and scope of the Services will be outlined in individual agreements between REII Ads and its clients.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the Services, including but not limited to access to your Google Ads account (if required), relevant business information, and any necessary approvals for advertising content.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content, ads, and campaigns comply with applicable laws and the advertising policies of Google Ads and other third-party platforms.
Payment for our Services will be specified in separate agreements or proposals between REII Ads and the client. All fees are due as outlined in the agreement, and any failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.
We may offer monthly, project-based, or other payment arrangements, depending on the Services provided. Any late payment may incur a late fee or interest, as specified in the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement for the Services with written notice, subject to any terms set out in the individual contract. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe.
REII Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Site and in the Services provided are owned by or licensed to REII Ads, unless otherwise specified. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials or content from the Site or Services without our express written permission.
Google Ads and all related trademarks are the property of Google LLC.
If you provide us with any content (e.g., testimonials, images, videos, or business information), you grant REII Ads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.
a. Disclaimers:
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. REII Ads makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Site or Services for your purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our Services.
b. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REII Ads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Services in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REII Ads, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
